• Work with the team to update, upgrade and support various technologies
• Supervision and control of office equipment and server alerts
• Provide support for large scale events such as all hands meetings, meetups, etc.
• Write knowledge base articles both for employees and IT
• Resolve technical problems with LAN, DMZ, WAN systems
Position Requirements:
• At least 2-3 years’ experience as helpdesk / IT specialist
• Experience with office support environment and printers
• Experience using trouble ticketing systems
• Deep knowledge of Apple and Microsoft OS
• Familiarity with hardware components (desktops, laptops, servers)
• Knowledge of antivirus and client configuration
• Knowledge of Windows servers including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NPS, etc.
• Knowledge and experience with identifying and troubleshooting service calls
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Communication skills for interfacing with employees and multi-tasking environment
• High level of English
