Responsibilities
Leading the IT team, Managing Tier 1, 2 and 3 Support
Hands-on Infrastructure: Ruckus Wireless system, FortiGate Firewall, Cisco Switches, MAC OS X support.
Maintain / Configure and Deploy SaaS / PaaS / IaaS (AWS, G Suite, Okta, Zoom, Microsoft Active Directory, anti virus etc…) in accordance with corporate guidelines
Local Data Security enforcement in accordance with corporate guidelines

Requirements
More than 5 years experience as System / Infrastructure team leader (IT Manager)
Excellent IT skills with deep understanding of the technical fundamentals of networking.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Hands on experience to install, administer and troubleshoot computer hardware, software (Windows, Mac & Linux) and networks.
Excellent knowledge with SaaS/IaaS/PaaS environments
Experience with Priority administration – an Advantage
Salesforce experience- an Advantage
Experience working in a global company- an advantage
