• You will be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems.
• Ensuring the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure through access controls, antivirus, firewalls & monitoring tools.
• Maintain and support IT systems including laptops (PC & MAC) within a global, distributed team and systems environment.
• Install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve software related problems.
• Set up accounts and workstations.
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes
• Support and maintain end-user requirements on a daily basis, including troubleshooting, account maintenance, and training
• Inventory and provide an accounting for acompany 's resources including software, server, workstation and laptop systems (PC and Mac).
Requirements :
• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms (Windows 8-10, Windows Server 2008-2016, Mac OS, IOS, Android)
• Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in IT administration
• Knowledge and experience with Active Directory, Group Policy
• Knowledge of system security (e.g. antivirus, firewalls, intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
• Manage collaboration platforms & troubleshoot Video Conference issues of meetings and systems.
• Experience in supporting MAC laptops
• Experience with wired and wireless networking, including Virtual Private Network (VPN) remote connectivity
• Customer service skills.
• Fluent English.
