OVERVIEW
As a mechanical Engineer, you will use the application of design engineering principles, technical skills, teamwork, and creative problem solving to design and deliver high quality innovative medical devices. Your role will be to research, design, develop and test solutions concepts, mechanical components, modules, and medical device systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Define, develop and establish design of solutions concepts, mechanical components, modules, and medical device multi-disciplinary systems.
· Designing instruments, test equipment, jigs and platforms according to specification and regulation requirements, from idea to working tested prototype.
· Interfaces with outside vendors for component selection, manufacturing, and assembly.
· Write technical documentation.
· Be a part of a multidisciplinary team that is responsible for developing new products; design, development, execution and documentation of system electronics and performances.
· Use virtualized environment and internal/external manual/automatic tools to simulate and ensure that features are implemented correctly.
· Contribute with innovative features, suggestions, and capabilities, in relation to system and mechanical design.
· Continuously improve design environment, by implementing tools and methods in collaboration with R&D members.
· Support transfer to production of R&D solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
· Mechanical engineering from a known university
· Experience in medical fluidics %28hydraulics and pneumatics%29 mechanic systems.
· Over 3 years’ experience in proven success of multi-disciplinary, medical device development
· Experience designing and working with servo, stepper motors and PLC, pneumatic systems
· Strong communication skills & excellent teamwork and collaboration.
· Excellent documentation skills in English.
