Responsibilities
• Be responsible for driving new business opportunities through Direct and Indirect Sales
• Establish new strategic partnerships and serve as contact to channel partners
• Receive leads and manage sales pipeline and follow through with presentations, negotiations, and contracts.
• Work with local agents and employees in different regions
• Represent company at industry events and sales meetings with potential clients around the world.
• Collaborate with internal departments including R&D and Product Management on solution changes and enhancements
Hard Skills
• 3-5 years of experience selling B2B software
• Experience in direct sales
• Experience in selling through Channels/Partners – Big advantage
• Experience in managing the sales process from start to closure with Senior and C-level executive
• Comfortable with presenting sophisticated systems
• Willingness to travel 25%-50% of the time
• Highly motivated and energetic with sharp social skills
• Experience and knowledge retail environments – Big advantage
• Familiarity with various BI and big data tools – Advantage
• Fluent English speaker – a must
• Fluent in Spanish – advantage
