As a Lead Product Designer, you will play a key role within our growing team of designers, and have an exciting opportunity to craft and redesign our flagship B2B products to achieve significant growth. You will be a part of a small group of allstars that build the next big disruptive product in cost management.
The ideal candidate is a problem solver at heart, who enjoys using UX concepts to turn complex use cases to elegant solutions that users will love.
- 5+ years of experience in designing customer-facing SaaS digital products
- BSc/MSc in product design, manufacturing design engineering or relevant field
- Strong understanding of usability and user experience principles
- Experience in designing data & dashboard interfaces
- Working with analytics tools to understand HUI, such as Mixpanel
- Master of Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Experience in building & managing design system for reusable UI components and design patterns
- Experience with solving complex product UX problems
- Conceptual thinker with an ability to understand user behavior, conversion, simplicity, and usability
- Pixel-perfect with attention to the smallest of details
- Team player with great communication skills
- Good knowledge of interaction design
