• Lead the development of systems and submodules of next generation tools.
• Establish and analyze product specifications and design requirements of multi-discipline equipment.
• Perform feasibility studies supported by theoretical & empirical data.
• Design and perform hands-on experiments.
• Work together with central research & technology group and customers to
develop new processes and define future products.
Requirements:
• MSc degree in engineering or physics with deep knowledge in optics.
• PhD degree – advantage.
• Knowledge in Metrology or lithography- advantage.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, simulation capabilities (such as MATLAB).
• More than 5 years of hands-on experience in designing optics-related systems.
• Organized, structured working style.
• Inter-personal communication skills.
• Independent, innovative thinking.
• High level of English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
