Main Objectives:
Manage all company air/sea shipments in the fastest most economical way.
Manage company purchasing process.
Coordinate Sales to Production.
Main Responsibilities:
Ability to ship and transport containers worldwide mainly from Israel (including non-conventional countries).
Ongoing direct contact with company clients regarding shipments from order till release in destination.
Ongoing communication with shipping/agents/air freight companies locally and abroad.
Negotiation with shipping/agents/air freight companies locally and abroad.
Invoice and shipping documentations production and follow up (including complex cases).
Experience with international Letters of Credit.
Process oriented and highly tracking ability.
Problems solve 24/7 locally and abroad.
Responsible for all purchasing activity of company.
Direct contact & negotiation with company supplier locally and abroad.
Ongoing reporting and analysis of company expenses.
Operate manufacturing process from order to shipment.
Basic understanding of operation & production rules.
Main Requirements:
Organized, focused, energetic and having high drivers.
At least 3 years’ experience in working direct with shipping companies.
Experience with opening, reviewing and approving L/C.
High-level of service abilities
Ability to work within a team
Ability to work under stress
Ability to work in non-conventional hours.
SAP – advantage
Hebrew – native.
English – very good.
Additional languages – advantage.
Excellent computer skills.
