Detailed Job expectations
• Manage the overall logistic activities and employees.
• Define short- and long-term deliveries, manage the resources to achieve target and due dates
• Work closely with different users on delivering required logistics and store activities
• Manage Import and Export activities with 3rd party service providers
• Manage Stores process, (Supply chain, In-coming, Shipping, Locations, Cycle counts…), inventories, metrics and reports
• Works across multiple countries and businesses.
• Lead continues improvement of logistics and store process to achieve quality and cost targets
• Impacts mid to long-term operation strategy and directions.
Detailed Knowledge and Skills Required
• Solid logistics and store knowledge and experience
• Ability and willingness to perform hands on store activities
• Ability to hire, train and manage employees and manage 3rd party service providers
• Highly organized and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good English – written and reading is a must.
• Good interpersonal skills in communicating with internal and external parties.
• Experience with logistics and stores information systems. Experience with Oracle ERP – advantage.
• Global Organization working experience – advantage
Experience:
• 10-15 years of logistics and stores experience with at least 5 years of management experience.
Education:
• Relevant academic education (Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, logistics is advantage)
