Reporting to the EVP Marketing and Sales:
Mission
Maintain a holistic approach to marketing and communications activities.
Responsible for VO brand positioning and promotion.
Responsible for planning, development and implementation of VO marketing and communications activities, including lead nurturing from various online and offline channels and VO exhibition events management and production
Responsible for the achievement of marketing and communications mission and goals.
Oversee development and implementation of support materials and services in the area of marketing and communications.
Main activities
Create, implement and measure the success of VO marketing and communications.
Oversee VO’s public image (web site, brochures…) ensuring consistency of messaging and design
Adapt marketing communications activities to the various geographies with local management
Develop proper communication materials for VO’s products and solutions in collaboration with Product Marketing team
Articulate and assure consistent communication of VO desired image and positioning
Develop the awareness for VO and its solutions, reach and maintain required positioning
Coordinate media interest and requests with Internal Communication and Public Relations Director for
Develop plans and budgets for the marketing and communications, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.
Coordinate with the Product Marketing, Sales and Partnerships teams at VO
Lead certain external events which include speaking engagements, awards and sponsorships and deliver messaging using relevant media channels
Manage relationships with subcontractors such communications agencies, writers…
Support definition of product demos plans and activities
Create relationships with potential customers and nurture through time until handover to sales
Manage the company’s Marketing Communications budget
Manage the Marketing Communications team members
Contribute to lead generation in association with the sales and pre-sales teams
Experience
Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities.
Strong creative, strategic, analytical and organizational skills.
Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Significant communication experience in high-tech B2B environment.
Understanding and practice of digital marketing (SEO/SEM, Social networks and tools..)
Ability to work in a multicultural/international environment
Excellent English, spoken and written.
