Job Description:
Our ideal candidate is experienced with Material planning in a Global High-Tech company, worked with Global Tier 1 EMS, and has warehousing and logistic experience working with 3PLs.
To succeed, you’ll need to have an experienced and diverse supply chain’s capabilities, deep familiarity with Priority (beyond the usual user), orientation to define and operate IT interfaces, and a highly motivated and energized individual.
In this role, you will have daily internal & external interactions: Internally with the various department as sales, finance, engineering, purchasing, EDM, and also with many external interfaces such as EMS (purchasing & planning), 3PL, warehouses, Priority developer & Bi Developers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Supply Chain Process management
• 3PL management – Warehousing Mng., Inventory Mng.- processes, infrastructure, interfaces, KPI’s
• Priority specialist (business rules, BPM, interfaces with external programs)
• Power BI definition & implementation.
2. Material Planning
• Forecast – Finish Goods
• Inventory Management – Monitor & Control inventory level
• Inventory transactions & counting
• Slow inventory consumption/usage to minimize the E&O.
Close interaction with different functions in the organization: Product manager, finance, purchasing, engineering, quality.
Daily interaction with EMS (purchasing & planning) & 3PL.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industry Engineering or Supply chain.
• Proven experience of at least five years in working with off-shore subcontractors – EMS & 3PL
• Strong supply chain processes knowledge and familiarity with manufacturing, logistics & material planning.
• Project management – Leadership capabilities to lead cross-organization and multi-disciplinary projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• “Priority ERP” specialist.
• High-level Excel skills.
• English skills (Reading and writing).
• Ability to travel abroad.
