esponsibilities:
• Strong technical expertise with hands-on experience in networking technologies with a high availability network monitoring and VoIP
• Ensure all elements of the network are functioning at an optimal performance level
• Identify customer technical problems and suitable solutions to resolve issues
• Support the team and making recommendations to improve our product, policies, and procedures to keep the platform running smoothly
• Ensure all elements of the network are functioning at an optimal performance level
• Provide level II and level III support and implement critical network communication infrastructure with an emphasis on voice communications involving support of network systems and recommending resources required to maintain or expand service levels
• Resolve complex systems, security, local/ wide area network and end-user (voice communications, personal computers, networking equipment) problems; address related questions
• Monitor, support, test and evaluate LAN/WAN, Intranet, Internet, data communication systems and other network systems
Requirements:
• 2+ Years’ experience in Voice switches and Voice routers- Must
• 2+ Years’ experience in Linux OS usage
• Knowledge in open source VoIP platforms (Open SIPs, Free Switch ect.)
• Understanding SIP protocol.
• Knowledge and understanding packet sniffers (TCPDump and Wireshark)
• Understanding TCP/IP.
• Basic knowledge in scripting (Bash, Python, PHP ect.) (Advantage)
• The Job requires 24/7 availability
• Fluent English – Speaking and Writing
Experience in NOC department (Advantage)
