Additional details:
• Leading problem-solving and continuous improvement activities in the production line
• Developing and initiating standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation
• Guiding and coaching technicians in detecting, containing and solving problems
• Managing engineering change requests (ECRs) and engineering change orders (ECOs)
• Transferring new products from development to production
• Writing engineering procedures and technical instructions
Experience:
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience at a multidisciplinary organization and proven experience in engineering – mandatory
• Experience in electronic and pneumatics systems
• Experience with ERP software (Priority)
Qualifications & Skills:
• B.Sc. in electrical/mechanical engineering or industrial/practical engineering degree
• Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English – both speaking and writing
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong command of MS Office.
