• Development of manufacturing processes by completing detailed engineering analysis of Design for assembly
• Logistics and contingency planning
• Process flow, material flow and presentation and process failure mode and effect analysis
• Production equipment and tooling specification, purchase and acceptance
• Validation of manufacturing process to meet targets, production output and quality standards
Job Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience
• Equipment specification, ordering, run-off, installation and qualification
• Capital equipment budget planning and tracking
• Strong computer skills with ability to quickly learn new software/applications
• Analytical problem solving
• Design for assembly and manufacturing
• Project management – plan development and execution
• Proven experience in Design Transfer to Production
• Strong interpersonal verbal communication skills and strong written communication in status updates, specifications, protocols and reports
• Excellent English
Education
• Required: Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Biomedical).
