RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processing incoming and outgoing shipments (domestic and international)
Scheduling shipping pick-ups or dropping of packages to carriers and to warehouses
Notify operations when parts are delayed and need expediting
Update internal inventory related procedures on the ERP system
Send and track approved purchase orders
Adjust between goods and invoices in order to support bookkeeping procedures
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with ERP Systems. Background in Priority software is a plus
1-3 Years of Inventory Management
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong attention to details and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English/Hebrew)
Team player with a “no task is too small” attitude
Enjoys working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
