Responsibilities:
Assist operations department in software order processing and delivery process.
Temporary License generation for customer upgrades and POC’s.
Provide and control user access permissions for customers and partners.
Assist operations department in Hardware appliance ordering process.
Create and update customer contact records within Salesforce.
Update customer assets and customer maintenance renewal dates in salesforce
Documentation of customer purchase orders and service agreements
Backup the training team with day to day training operations which includes course registration, certificate generation, and documentation of these processes.
Continuously improving day to day operations via workflow and order processing enhancements
Qualifications:
3+ years of operations experience, ideally within a professional services organization
Bachelor’s Degree
Understanding of project management principles
Proven ability to work well cross-functionally
Ability to collaborate with multiple departments with the organization
Highly organized, responsive and energetic
Excellent communication skills both verbal and electronic
Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
