- Assemble and analyze all relevant data to create sales forecast; Historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions, etc.
- Conducting Monitoring customer complaints and working alongside relevant departments for solution
- Follow up on regional regulation with Govt. related organizations
- Monitor the branch operations and maintain communication with regional/global headquarters
- Review sales plans, upcoming projects and parts operation forecast
- Preparation and maintaining reports of parts order management
Requirements:
- Minimum 3/+ years’ experience in Supply chain, Order management, procurement and demand planning.
- Preferred Qualification: University Degree or above
- Background in Order management, Sale order processing, planning and knowledge in supply chain management process
- Strong knowledge of demand planning / Order management within electronics Industry / Customer service
- Experience in managing logistic operation, life cycle and inventory
- Strong analytical abilities and problem resolving skills
- Experience in using SAP or other ERP or statistical software packages
- Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities
- Knowledge of key inventory performance metrics, margin contributions, etc.
- Good negotiation skills and knowledge in pricing
- Good communication and Team building skills
- Good presentation skills and good knowledge in power point
