· Collect and update data into the payroll system- global & hourly employees
· Work out social funds, tax, and national insurance deductions
· Process new employees and employment terminations paperwork Ongoing reconciliation
· Maintain a high degree of service and confidentiality
Requirements:
· Certified Payroll Controller
· 3+ years of experience as a payroll accountant
· Deep Knowledge in Israeli labor laws
· Deep knowledge of Hilan – a must
· Deep knowledge of Excel – a must
· Knowledge of Pension and Social Benefits
· Ability to prioritize duties, meet deadlines, and function as a team member to accomplish job functions
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
· English at a high standard
