Responsibilities:
Collecting time data and payroll information
Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, etc
Entering data into payroll software for monthly processing
Preparation of payments to government institutions
Manage new hires and leaves for payroll related processes
Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions
Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns timely
Maintain communication with the pension trustee
Preparing periodic payroll reports for review by management
Flexibility to accept and adapt to change as well as the commitment to seek continuous improvement
Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information
Requirements:
Payroll certified
Fluent in Hebrew and English
Minimum of 2+ years payroll processing experience
Proficient in Excel and Google suite
Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
Strong knowledge of payroll tax and wage laws in Israel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
