Description of the role
As customer success manager you will be a member of the sales team and support the sales process to help meet our revenue targets.
You will report to a regional sales director
You will serve as a technology adviser to both prospective and existing key customers and channel partners worldwide
You will engage with the customer/partner to understand their requirements, determine their best solutions and effectively communicate the value proposition and best practices of those solutions
You will provide on site and remote training on hardware installations and use of software
You will provide on site and remote support to our customers during the sales process and deployment rollout
You will help to develop and maintain long-term customer relationship.
Requirements
Education:
BSC electrical/mechanical/industrial engineering, computer science or physics
MBA – an advantage
3 years’ experience as a pre-sales / customer success engineer or similar customer-facing roles
Proven experience in software B2B solution companies
Experience with IOT and BI / data analytics platforms
Advantage:
Experience with energy management / industrial IOT solutions
Excellent spoken and written English
Excellent communication & presentation skills in English
Ability to work in a global, multi-cultural environment.
