Responsibilities
1. Content Curator
- Take ownership of crafting compelling content across the customer and user journey from acquisition to retention and loyalty
- Tailor messaging to different segments of the customer base.
- Manage customer communications across various channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and other tools, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach, aligned with our brand voice and objectives.
2. Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analyze customer data and feedback to understand marketing and retention challenges and opportunities.
- Conduct engaging and insightful interviews with users about their experiences and insights with products and services.
- Use insights to drive strategy and improve communication effectiveness.
3. Bridging Marketing and Product Teams
- Act as a liaison between the marketing and product teams, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration to align strategies and objectives
4. In-App Content Enhancement
- Collaborate with the team to enhance in-app content and messaging targeted at existing users.
- Offer insights and contribute ideas to improve user experience and retention within the app by refining content, messages, and user communications.
Qualifications:
- Native English speaker with exceptional communication skills.
- Strong background or experience in soccer, either as a player/coach or through active involvement in the sport.
- Personal Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, and data analytics software.
- Experience with Braze – advantage
- Experience with GA – advantage
- Proven experience in content creation and management across various platforms – advantage
