As a hyper-growth company, we are seeking for a talented, passionate and enthusiastic Product Support Specialist to join the Support team and become an expert in our solution.
As a Product Support Specialist, you will provide a world-class support to our customer Sales Ops teams to resolve issues with their configuration & integrations and work closely with the R&D and product teams.
As a Product Support Specialist you will be responsible to:
- Provide fast, professional, and personal support to customers worldwide
- Work on ticket system and communicate with the customers via emails, phone calls and video calls
- Provide an application support on our platform, mainly on configurations and integrations with other CRM platforms
- Do troubleshooting and ensure each ticket has been solved
- Make the customer satisfied with the solution and support provided
We expect you to:
- Have proven experience as a Product Support Specialist in a SAAS company.
- Have excellent communication skills and problem-solving attitude
- Be bold, ambitious, and make things done
- Think out of the box and lead a surprising problem-solving approach%21
- Have prior experience with SQL queries – Advantage
