Key responsibilities
1 Procurement Process Support
a) Raise PR in eBuy system for Managers/Directors;
b) Upload required documents in PR of eBuy system;
c) Track PR status and remind relevant person in time;
d) Track PO usage in eBuy system. Raise new PR or close PO in time for managers.
e) Prepare summary report PR/PO status for relevant person.
f) Improve the process as possible to achieve better efficiency with the cooperate with Admin, Finance and relevant functions
Competencies required: Bachelor or above degree
Specialization: Project management or related areas
Work experience: 1 years or more in related fields
Knowledge and skills:
1) Familiar with basic procurement knowledge;
2) Skillful in MS Office software operation, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
3) Good at communication; Optimistic, pro-active, team player;
4) English speaking/writing.
