Responsibilities
Ownership of the product and team’s quality methodologies
Be the focal point of the team for quality aspects
Work with the company’s QA architect to implement and ensure Quality KPI’s are delivered.
Mentor individuals, teams and group on quality procedures, tools, concepts, standards
Work closely with R&D, QA, Support and Project management
Highly analytical; the ability to research and analyze technical processes, make quick decisions, and understand the consequences
Influence agile planning sessions in terms of quality planning and effort estimation
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases both for the product and specifically for ongoing sprint user stories
Building test plans for different scenarios (hardening, production release, field release, patch release)
Analysis of customer issues, finding areas that need quality focus
Leading the design and development of non-functional testing: performance, scale, longevity
Work closely with the group and team leaders on understanding design, architecture and building effective automations and test scenarios
Find ways for minimizing manual testing and increasing automation coverage where it is mostly effective
Requirements
Proven working experience in software development (Experience with C# / JAVA is an advantage)
Proven working experience in software QA
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Strong experience implementing new QA frameworks and ensuring QA automation efficiency
Good English.
Job advantages:
