Responsibleness:
1. Manage the day-to-day activities of QA team members, including scheduling and managing ongoing projects
2. Validate bugs, prioritize them, and assign them to the development team.
3. Play an active role in software testing, following the processes and procedures (Hands-on)
4. Run manual tests, write, and support automation tests.
5. Collaborate closely with the development, product, and support teams
6. Ongoing quality assurance (planning & estimations, requirements review, test design, execution, reporting, bug-tracking, tracking test coverage, etc.).
7. Lead the end-to-end quality lifecycle from product specification to production monitoring.
Mandatory requirements:
1. 3-4 years of hands-on experience as manual QA
2. Enjoy working in a startup-like fast-paced, dynamic environment
3. Experience with writing features and projects test plans
4. Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to lead effectively across organization.
5. A strong background in hands-on testing and in-depth knowledge of the latest iOS and Android operating systems and features.
6. Work good in a team, responsible, independent
7. Experience with CI/CD processes.
8. Knowledge in SQL
