Experience:
• 7+ years of successful experience in selling technical products and complex solutions (HW and SW based) to large enterprises and public organization (BTB) via partners, Distributors, System Integrators, VAR’s, OEM, etc.
• Successful experience in negotiating large multi-years agreements up to C-Level
• Successful experience in business development including penetrating into large strategic accounts and developing new market segments
• Track record of driving innovation, account development, and implementing innovative solutions
• Results oriented individual, able to drive priorities and own outcomes
• Proven ability to build and grow high level customer relationships
• Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to convey and relate ideas to others
• Expertise in demand/lead generation
• Successful experience utilizing a CRM to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, and closing (SFDC preferably)
Education & Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, information technology, or another related field
• Advanced degree such as MBA or master’s in engineering – an advantage
• Familiarity and experience in Audio Video or IT
• Vast experience in managing a business, sales cycle, negotiation, and operation.
• Outstanding English – oral and written communications skills is essential.
