As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the success of a team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives. It is a player/coach position that will require you to demonstrate both exceptional sales skills and the ability to coach, train and manage AE’s and SDR’s. You will be working in a challenging, energetic and rewarding work environment with opportunities for professional growth and promotion. You will report directly to the Regional Sales Director.
As part of your role you will:
• Overachieve personal and team monthly MRR quota
• Manage and motivate a team of AE’s and SDR’s for success
• Provide ongoing coaching and training on effective sales skills and strategies.
• Lead weekly 1:1 pipeline reviews with team members
• Provide weekly sales forecasts to regional Director/VP and CRO
• Work with sales management to design, streamline and optimize SDR and AE processes
• Ensure optimal CRM hygiene and adherence to processes
Position Requirements:
You Should bring with you:
• 5+ years of Account Executive experience, preferably in SaaS
• Consistent over-achievement of targets in past experiences
• Ability to lead others in a high-pressure environment
• Strong coaching and training skills
• Obvious passion and people skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• English mother tongue – MUST!
o Ability to work US (EST) hours (Monday to Thursday 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Friday Half day)
