The sales manager will lead sales strategies and activities (sales, training, support) of the company professional products and services.
Job Description
Manages all sales activities, ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning and deployment. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
Identify and strategic business opportunities in order to generate revenue as well as maintain and expand the company customer base through various routes.
Lead the sales team: manage and monitor team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
Responsible for interfaces with resellers and distributors.
Provide sales support to new and existing customers throughout the sales process (i.e: product demonstrations, assist in implementing customized solutions, etc.).
Establish and maintain credibility as technical expert and internal technical consultant.
Identifying and participating key sales conference and exhibitions.
Job qualifications
Proven experience of at least 5 years in selling state-of-the-art technology products (Hardware & Software) to leading companies within a variety of markets
Strong technical background
Availability for at least 10 days abroad per month
Knowledge in Computer Vision / Image Processing / 3D systems and applications –advantage
English – Fluently (verbal and written) / additional languages – advantage
Education
B.sc in Electrical Engineering / Computer Science / Similar degree. MBA – big advantage.
