Responsibilities
Drive negotiations to close business opportunities with assigned accounts
Develop relationships and trust to gain insight into customers’ business and technical challenges
Support the customer’s business initiatives
Execute the account plans and opportunities with a predictable forecast
Assist with implementing sales and marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
Establish and maintain customer satisfaction across named accounts through account planning, proactive client communications, as well as performance measurement
Responsible for customer health, growth and satisfaction
Leverage your product knowledge and experience to ensure customers receive the utmost value of Juganu’s product
Requirements
5+ years of related experience as a HW/SW Account Manager within a sales organization
Must be a native English speaker
Must have excellent oral and written communications skills
BSc in Electrical Engineering / Computer Science
Technically proficient with a successful background in Hardware & Software sales
