Job duties and responsibilities
• Actively work with marketing/sales team and company’s partners to build lead generation campaigns and qualify prospects.
• Move leads to sales opportunities by keeping in contact on a regular basis.
• Build relationships by partnering with prospects and understanding their needs, goals and helping to determine ideal solutions based upon our software suite.
• Provide effective sales presentations and system demonstrations of company’s solutions to executives, focusing on key features, competitive advantages, and business benefits.
• Work with partners to promote the company’s solutions and provide them with sales support.
• Respond to RFPs/ proposals and lead successful negotiations with prospects.
• Build an opportunity pipeline and manage upsells to existing customers.
• Work as part of a team and closely with other departments within the company.
• Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date with the company’s application suite and tools.
• Monitor and record all sales-related activity for each account or prospect in Salesforce.com.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
• At least three years of proven experience in successfully selling enterprise applications and professional services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (as a mother tongue) – must, Hebrew and other languages – advantage.
• BA/MBA degree in business, marketing or another relevant discipline – advantage.
• Willingness to work irregular hours on occasion (early morning and late at night) with our customers and prospects, who are from countries across the globe.
• Proficient with computers and technology, and experienced in using the Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to frequently travel abroad for sales meetings and exhibitions.
• Ability working as a team member and independently.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• An unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and the ability to deal with ambiguity – critical.
