Sales manager
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, training and monitoring distributors%27 activities in the territory & KOL development. The Manager will also act as the clinical product knowledge source in the territory while personally training new and existing users, participate ad train in surgery new physicians etc. The sales manager will report to VP sales and marketing
Responsibilities:
· Recruit, train, mentor and perform performance evaluations to develop successful distributors for the spine and trauma product lines.
· Participate in procedures for surgeons and distributors training.
· Achieve sales goals.
· KOL development.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Collect,monitor and analyze marketing information to determine focus of sales efforts.
• Identifies the needs of new prospects and develop appropriate responses %28written, telephone and face-to-face%29.
• Performs field calls for the accounts and distributors assigned territory.
• Remain current on industry,customer, and competitive trends.
• Host, attend and participate in sales meetings.
• Represent the company at trade or association meetings to promote products.
Required capabilities-
· Self-motivated
· Medical Device Sales Experience
· Previous Trauma/Spine experience is an advantage
· Ability to travel frequently
· Energetic
· Fluent in English. Additional languages are an advantage
