About the Position: This is a great opportunity to grow into a strategic sales operations role and become a key member of the company’s
GTM team. Leads all sales ops-related topics issues, projects, and systems, ensuring high quality of service, streamlined processes, meeting business objectives and KPIs, and optimizing customer experience.
Improving processes and aligning them with different functions and efforts in operations.
Optimize the CRM and other tracking systems and provide reports, dashboards, and other business intelligence nformation for tracking progress on the business KPIs.
Manage and execute purchase orders and fulfillment of hardware delivery and shipping to customers globally.

A self-starter who can drive projects initiatives, and define processes together with the sales team to optimize the sales process and drive insights from sales data.
Detailed-oriented with the ability to lead projects to a high-quality standard.
You have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
Experience Required:
Excellent operational skills – You love fixing and organizing processes.
3+ years of sales operations experience.
Experience as a Project Manager / Sales Operations Manager.
Very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
English with high proficiency. Previous experience in Salesforce, Gong and other sales support systems
