KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF ROLE:
• Identify new sales lead opportunities to explore and develop, through the full sales cycle, with the specific goal of offering the client a solution that will benefit their workflow;
• Prospect and develop new business through a high volume of strategic prospecting and account development;
• Collaborate closely with the Account Management teams to deliver joined up service to develop and execute sales strategies for company’s accounts;
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels of client organisations;
• Build relationships and communities with end users by understanding and fulfilling their business needs and enhancing user experience;
• Participate in pre-sales calls, create and deliver customised presentations (in person or online), provide written proposals and subject matter expertise for solutions products for individual deals;
• Retention and growth responsibility for specified customer portfolio;
• Utilise knowledge of business and workflows to determine and position value-added solutions offering to promote business growth in the firm and to increase sales and customer retention;
• Understand the competition in the marketplace and can easily differentiate to the customer our USPs;
• Act as a knowledge champion in market-based product knowledge relative to the customer segment;
• Increase client product usage by demonstrating relevant new content and functionality which enable end users to increase their own revenues;
• Advocate product and service opportunities, information or feedback gathered through client activity to appropriate internal resources, including relevant business issues;
• Accurately managing client data in the CRM system/TRUST
• Anticipate and analyse client needs and develops strategies tailored to each organisation;
• Train new and existing end users on the desktop product;
• Participate in large-scale desktop renewals;
• Participate or lead on large scale desktop upgrades and desktop displacement projects
• Identify “at risk” customers/end users and tactically focus on usage;
• Take orders for small-volume sales of desktop and specialist data at existing customers;
Certifications / Education:
University/college degree is required (Preferably Business/ Economics/ Marketing graduate).
Equivalent experience may be considered depending on position/department.
Professional Experience:
• Experience supporting or working within a sales organization is a must.
• English and Hebrew – strong communication skills (written, oral, presentation).
