The position includes responsibility for Salesforce systems (sale and service), both in terms of ongoing support to key users in sales departments within Israel and abroad.
In addition, the Business Analyst will perform and participate in implementation projects, building interfaces, etc.
Job requirements:
3-5 years’ experience in Salesforce Sale
Collecting and analyzing business requirements
Setup and configuration (designing, building, testing and deploying)
Reports and Dashboards: develop and design reports and dashboards according to customer business requirements
Support
Write specification documents for software developers
Write software documentation and user acceptance tests
Data loading and integration
Collaborating with international team
Self-learning ability
