Qualifications:
· Master%27s or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Proven experience %28at least 8 years%29 in algorithm development for wireless communication systems.
· Strong knowledge of beamforming techniques, antenna arrays, and signal-processing algorithms.
· Experience in leading and managing algorithm teams, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and mentoring team members.
· Proficiency in MATLAB, C/C++, or other relevant programming languages commonly used in algorithm development for wireless systems.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and translate them into efficient algorithmic solutions for space-based applications.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Proactive mindset, self-motivated, and capable of leading projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
