We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to manage the pre-and post-sales relationship for the company US accounts, for the purpose of completing a successful POC, building customer loyalty and satisfaction, consistent with customer retention and growth objectives. The core responsibilities of this role involve managing relationships with users and decision makers in the account, managing day-to-day activities and being accountable for customer and partner satisfaction.
1. At least 3 years’ experience of SaaS/Cloud account management supporting eCommerce and online business
2. Strong technical orientation – knowledge of online fraud, Web application security, Malware, HTTP/S, SSL systems and desktop software is a plus
3. Exceptional interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication skills are a must
4. Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi-level client relationships
5. Critical thinking, decision making and problem solving skills
6. Ability to lead and motivate, develop clear and creative solutions to complex problems and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
7. Comfortable dealing with complex customer relationships, decision processes and competing agendas
