In this role, you will be involved in Engineering procedures and activities, such as leading Lean Manufacturing processes, Engineering documentation Management, NPI projects, Test Method Validations and more.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Knowledge transfer from R&D to Production Floor, for new products, new manufacturing
process, new equipment, machines and injection molds.
Leading a Lean Manufacturing process for final products cost reduction and increase quality.
Supporting manufacturing, quality control and Regulatory activities %28machines related product and malfunctions analysis and repair%29.
Sustain engineering support for all production processes %28Machines and Molds Maintenance if applicable, repairs, spare-parts and enhancements%29.
Tooling and production processes enhancements %28Molds if applicable, Automations, Jigs and Fixtures – design and built%29.
Product Engineering Industrialize and Scale- up to mass production – planning and managing
projects according to timelines budget and scope %28machines characterizations, Projects Follow: URS, Risk assessments, DR’s, Acceptance tests, installations, Qualifications, PDR, CDR – Verification and Validations%29.
Engineering documentation Management- %28Documentation, Revisions, part and Product
Specifications, Drawings and SOPs%29.
Supporting validation process including Test Method Validations
Knowledge of process validation statistical analysis
Equipment and process qualification
Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
Education- B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 5-10 years in similar roles
Fluent in Hebrew and English: Writing/Reading/Speaking
