As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be part of a multidisciplinary R&D Team, and work on the main products of the company.
You will utilize engineering principles, technical skills, teamwork, and creative problem solving to deliver high quality medical devices. Your role will be to research, design, test concepts and validate solutions, mechanical components, modules, and medical device systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Be a part of a multidisciplinary team that is responsible for developing medical products
· Define product requirements & risks, design and develop conceptual solutions for mechanical components %28mainly polymeric and elastomeric%29, modules, and medical device multi-disciplinary systems.
· Design testing methodologies, its instrumentation, and jigs Independently or according to standards, conduct testing up to full V&V effort and reports.
· Communicate with outside vendors, manufacturing, and assembly
· Write technical documentation
· Implement best practice design, tools, and methodologies
· Lead transfer to production including work instructions, QC, and process validations
REQUIREMENTS
· Mechanical Engineering degree %28Preference for specialization in the field of plastics%29
· Over 5 years’ Experience in designing of plastic and elastomeric parts including T2P
· Experience in medical device industry for over 5 years
· Over 3 years’ experience in multi-disciplinary development
· Project management & Can-Do approach
· Strong communication skills & excellent teamwork and collaboration
· Excellent technical English
