Job Description
Work with the business development team to meet sales targets
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with app developers & studios
Work with the product lead to increase customer engagement
Communicate clearly the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and
external stakeholders
Forecast and track key account metrics
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing
reports; making recommendations to management.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years working experience in sales / business development in the mobile
ecosystem.
Experience in working with or as part of mobile apps industry- minimum 2 years
Extensive understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Understanding of mobile apps business strategy & monetization
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Self-Driven with proactive approach in day-to-day workflow
Experience in working as part of a leading mobile app company – advantage
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs- advantage
