As a Product Manager, you’ll be leading platform-wide initiatives to expand and accelerate our construction product line and address some of the biggest pain points in the construction process. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders such as Product Managers, development teams, customers, and 3rd party developers in order to understand, analyze, refine, prioritize and communicate their needs to ensure that the Common Services engineering team fully understands the project scope, objectives, and requirements. Your initiatives will be used by other product teams across the world to accelerate their efforts and deliver value to their users.
Responsibilities
Strategize, ideate, and prioritize potential initiatives through demonstrating their alignment with our business strategy, and the value to our current or future users.
Research, analyze and generate requirements to address different needs for internal teams and customers.
Define product goals, KPIs, then measure and drive adoption.
Define a customizable business process engine, with integrated workflows using APIs and user interface components.
Work with UX and development teams closely to implement those solutions based on the requirements you defined.
Facilitate an advisory board to engage global teams and customers around the world, learn their needs and match them with our developed solutions as part of a wide and powerful platform.
Plan sprints, develop the backlog, create user stories, participate in the Agile development cycle.
You will be an evangelist for your programs, driving awareness, understanding metrics, course-correcting as needed.
Job Requirements
4 years as a Product Manager in the software industry, preferably with experience in a company developing cloud solutions for business process management.
B.S. or M.S. in an Engineering field or with related experience.
The ability to drive clear decisions and proactively communicate with all stakeholders.
Being a team player and a collaborative person by nature.
Technical fluency; understanding and discussing architectural concepts, schedule tradeoffs, and new opportunities with technical team members.
Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating at all levels of interaction
Being a self-starter and take initiative, able to take high-level direction and drive teams towards execution.
Excellent English.
Willingness to travel to meet internal stakeholders and customers abroad.
Advantages
