Responsibilities
Your role will be to own, and drive initiatives related to improving quality, stability, reliability and usability of software.
You will accomplish this by leveraging your quality assurance mindset combined with your technical chops for test automation.
You will use tools and procedures for validating quality of cloud services, mobile and desktop software we ship to our customers.
You will be creating and executing tests, test plans and analyzing test results with the objective of finding defects during the software development process.
Enforce best practices and drive quality early in the development cycle.
Evaluate and use testing tools and test frameworks
Work collaboratively in Agile environment to identify and prioritize testing strategies
Help team evaluate risk, quality, and/or stability of products and services
Create and execute plans at the product level
Clearly document, manage, and prioritize defects
Collaborate with Product Support and customers to resolve customer issues
Requirements
3 years of experience in software quality assurance
Knowledge of test methodologies, writing test plans and creating test cases
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Experience with Testim.io is an advantage
