Sales of integrated Information and Communications Technology ( ICT) system solutions for government and enterprise costumers.
Relocation to Africa Optional in future
Specific Responsibilities
• Selling large solutions systems or large, long-cycle complex projects or acting as a consultant in large sales projects (Experience in leading sales and developing proposals for complex technology or projects).
• Responsible for obtaining business in near term and building foundation for continued profitable revenue growth over the long term
• Be a trusted advisor to customer • Implement sales strategy and account plan
• Develop local partners network and overall ecosystem for solutions offerings per each segment
• Active Involvement in high level customer engagement
Desired Skills & Experience
• 10+ years working experience in sales for multi-technology customer solutions in Africa
• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Engineering, IT, or Computer Science preferred); MBA and/or advanced degree preferred
• Experience or working with governments and public safety sector (police, fire, EMS, health and human services organizations) is advantage
• Strategic account planning experience required
• Experience in partnership with the costumer in RFPs and government funding for large, complex multimillion- dollar projects
• Experience creating solutions that meet RFP requirements that include services, systems, devices and application
• Experience in proactively identifying and responding to customer needs analysis
• Excellent presentation skills required
• Strong negotiation skills
• Independent, committed and highly motivated
• Strong verbal and written skills; fluency in English (France – Advantage)
