Play a pivotal role in our Customer Success group.
Own and perform the following technical phases within the deployment projects:
Technical solution architecture and detailed design creation
Responsibility for defining and handling Hardware for the project
Performing the deployment (installation, commissioning, and onboarding) of the solution on the customer’s environments (including onsite deployments)
Training customers on the solution, include training materials creation and onboarding new customers to our solution
Providing ongoing support to our clients
Work closely with the Customer Success Director of each project and participate in customers’ meetings
Lead the technical discussions in front of the customers
Work closely with our R&D and Product teams to deliver a complete solution to our customers (defining the project requirements, and prioritizing product development)
Writing documentation for preliminary and detailed design, support and maintenance, user manuals, etc.
Work as part of a team to ensure the retention and growth of customer base.
Provide constant feedback from the field to R&D and Product teams and help them better define and improve our solutions to suit our customers’ needs.
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience as a solution architect for on-prem products
Deep technical knowledge in networking, infrastructure, architectures, systems.
Proven Technical background – as a Solution Engineer, Deployment Engineer, Network Engineer, or any other technical position.
Experienced in performing product deployments (scripting experience, OS knowledge, etc.)
Experienced in training customers and creating training materials related to the solution
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
Team player who enjoys a fast-growing and changing environment.
Experience in working at or with global tech enterprises.
Great presentation skills
Ability to travel to customers globally
