• Manage assigned territory to achieve regional performance metrics.
• Develop new business and a revenue stream from current and new customers.
• Setup and manage a team that independently executes the majority of different projects.
• Achieve satisfactory customer service results for assigned customers.
• Maintain YTD and annual company performance metrics.
• Meet or exceed a sales annual quota.

Qualifications:
• Communication systems background – A Must.
• 7-10 years of experience in relevant domains.
• Experienced managing a team of professionals.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with back office (Israel) and clients.
