You will work alongside with system engineers and SW engineers. The SI SW engineer’s role is to lead new algorithms from definition through
implementation phases to delivery. The position includes system analysis and optimization thru the defined requirements. The job is very rewarding yet intense and requires both system view and comprehensive understanding of complex procedures. This is a great opportunity to be in a key R&D position. As a part of your job you will take part in next generation telecom development (5G).
Responsibilities:
Definition and execution of MACPHY algorithms integration such as: Scheduling, link adaptation & MCS selection etc.
Design and execution of MAC RRM modules integration (high level of analysis, debugging and issues identification and solving is required)
Debugging 5G standard related features & issues
Integrating PHY algorithms
Overall System Integration
Results Analysis and creation introduction of suitable reports
Essential Skills / Experience:
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering Communication Systems Engineering; graduated from Research University
At least one year experience in one or more primary responsibilities from the list above
High Logical capabilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative

Fluent English
