A Day in the Life
As a Sr. System Engineer you will be part of a professional group of System Engineers. You will serve as technical leader, drive adoption and integration of System Engineering methodologies and train team members to improve product outcomes.
As part of your day to day you will:
Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of product requirements into total systems solutions
Development of system architecture and requirement
Grow System Engineering competency within the organization
System and Integration level investigations and defect management, including usage of standard investigation methodologies (e.g. 5Y, Fishbone analysis)
Control and define system configurations including End Of Life
Define requirements for Reliability, Serviceability, manufacturing, storage and shipment.
Lead process to ensure compliance with latest versions of applicable standards throughout the product development life cycle. Engineering related standards (e.g. 60601 4th edition and related EMC impact).
Support Design FMEA and Risk activities
Train team members and drive adoption of System Engineering methodologies and best practices
Serve as a technical knowledge center for the organization and attend cross functional meetings

Must Have
Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics/HW/SW/Mechanics/ Physics from a well-known university
Experience in the Medical Device industry or other highly regulated industry
Fluent in Hebrew and English is preferred
5+ years of System Engineering experience
Sr. System Engineer experience – mandatory
Understanding of structure and methodology of: RMF, Requirements, Investigations, V&V
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal (Hebrew and English)
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Ability to work in a team minded approach to achieve individual and company success.
Able to confidently deal with ambiguous issues and provide input towards suitable actions.
