The Strategy and Innovation Manager will be part of the global team that is responsible for developing the corporate level strategies to drive new opportunities for mid- to long-term growth and expansion, with a focus on the semiconductor industry and related end markets. In this role, you will work on highly complex problems, build strong relationships across the company, and provide analysis and insight to the top-of-mind strategic issues for the executive team.
Our work spans across a range of technologies, including artificial intelligence, autonomous mobility, digital health, Internet of Things, cloud data infrastructure, 5G, privacy, and security.
Responsibilities:
· Participate highly visible, cross-functional projects that identify and explore new technologies and business models , particularly in the areas of cloud and AI, and end applications such as automotive and 5G
· Develop and present high-quality strategic proposals and deliverables (emails, documents, presentations) for executive level consumption and contribute to key strategy discussions
· Collaborate with internal and external business and technology leaders worldwide to align on strategic vision and shape the future of our businesses
· Monitor overall market trends and industry dynamics by maintaining close relationship with both internal and external expert networks
· Assist in business development activities as an industry and subject matter exper
Requirements
· At least 5 years prior work experience developing strategy for semiconductor companies, at a leading management consulting firm (technology client work) or corporate strategy role at a major semiconductor company
· Combination of both strategic and business thinking with broad engineering understanding
· Demonstrable expertise and knowledge of semiconductor industry, with broad market perspective and an innate passion and curiosity for technology
· Good network in the semiconductor community in Israel, and experienced in working with established players
· Highly polished written and oral communication skills
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or Science; with excellent academic track record highly regarded; MBA preferred, but not required
