Primary Functions:
• Manages Customer Support cases and activities
• Troubleshoots and analyzes network-related performance issues
• Provides feedback to improve existing architecture to deliver a scalable, highly reliable system
• Provide work-around for clinical issues
• Helps develop and implement ongoing process and procedures
• Stays current with latest trends in technology and the management and integration of those technologies
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Technical field or combination of experience and industry certifications required.
• 3-5 years of experience as Healthcare IT Support Engineer
• Strong IP Networking experience
• Strong documentation experience to create Standard Operating Procedures along with other needed documents
• Experience working within an hospital and cloud environment
• At least 4 years of experience working with Hospital IT
• At least 2 years of experience working AWS servers
• High Level knowledge of DICOMs, HL7, PACS a plus
