Be responsible for providing technical leadership and defining, developing, and evolving software infrastructure and DevOps for new and existing products
Be responsible for setting and maintaining team development plans
Guide and manage a team of developers with planning, design, and execution
Responsible for team member development, training and mentoring
The SW Infrastructure Team Leader is a technical Leader with strong technical background and Hands On capability. The SW Infrastructure Team Leader is a key technical leadership role within a software engineering discipline working on multiple projects interacting with the local SW teams as well as global ones
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or equivalent
5+ years’ experience in software infrastructure engineering, at least 3 years in technical leadership roles
Proven experience in DevOps processes, Development tools deployment and administration, OS, Cloud technologies, Build procedures, product installation and Cyber Security for complex systems
Demonstrated experience in product releases throughout the entire development cycle
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent communication, locally and globally, influencing skills and ability to gain buy-in for initiatives
Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, matrixed, and customer focused environment
Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task
