We’re looking for a top notch System Architect to join our core development team and take part in designing and developing our industry-changing product. As a System Architect you will define optimal design patterns and solutions for high availability, high performance and scale. You’ll work closely with Product and R&D teams, analyze the customer needs (RFIs, RFEs) and write system design documents and specs for the development teams. You should be an innovative thinker, ready to take on the challenge of building an outstanding product in a dynamic and fast growing environment.
Scope
Drive scope definition, requirements analysis, functional and technical design, application build, product configuration, unit testing, and production deployment
Demonstrate leadership ability to back decisions with research and the “why,” and articulate several options, the pros and cons for each, and a recommendation
Work closely with other R&D functional groups, including SW, HW and RF as well as project management, operations and others
Qualifications
At least 8 years’ software development experience, at least 2 years’ experience as an architect of a multi-disciplinary system
Experience with complex RF systems and Software-Defined-Radio
Deep understanding of modern software engineering trends: Microservices, DevOps, Parallel computing, CI/CD, etc.
Strong background in Linux based environments (server, embedded, web)
Experience in writing integration tests and black-box tests
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
